Another beatiful creation from Jeremiah

I actually don't remember what this is exactly, and Jeremiah's out with Nana and Papa so I can't ask him right now. I really like it, though, especially the way the light shines through the windshields.

Space Shuttle

Jeremiah has been learning about the space shuttle recently. He likes how it goes "boom boom" when it lands. David built this lego shuttle for him.

In the picture below, the cargo doors are open so you can see inside. David originally built a robotic arm for the inside, but it mysteriously disappeared before the photo shoot.

David's Aircraft Carrier

This is another of David's creations. As you may have guessed, he's rather fond of military aircraft and paraphernalia. David included space inside for storing airplanes. Jeremiah used this space as a cargo hold.
This pic shows the panel that lifts to help the planes take off.

Below, the ship is loaded up with as many aircraft as we could find. According to Jeremiah, the aircraft carrier goes "voo-up, voo-up."

F-14

David built this. It has all kinds of features that I don't even know much about, like a nose cone to deflect radar (I think), and a flap in back to help slow down the plane. I hope David will write some notes in the comments section to share with everyone.
David says...

Well, the cockpit features two seats, one for the pilot and one for the RIO (radar intercept operator) or the guy who fires the missiles. There is an arrestor hook for aircraft carrier landings and a speed brake between the vertical tails just like the real Tomcat. Unfortunately though, due to my lack of creativity/parts useage this F-14 tomcat does not feature the swing wing function that the real thing has.

Happy Fourth of July

I chose to make the Great Star Flag of 1818 with 20 stars (okay, dots) and 13 stripes, a little piece of history that's fun to look at.
